Can You Still Recover The Pictures In Your Memory Card (digital Camera) If You Reshot?

Not all of them. The new ones you shot overwrote some of the old "lost" files.
Stop using that card and use a second one until you can download Rescue3 from Lexar (about $35) and start the recovery process. You will need to use the card reader on your computer and if you don't have one, buy a 2.0 USB card reader ... trying to recover images from your camera, runs the risk of battery failure which will really make it hard to recover your images

Yeah if you delete files, they don’t really go away, your camera just doesn’t know how to find them because their location is deleted from its operating systems table of file locations. Once you start taking new photo’s, though, they can overwrite the old ones. If your memory card wasn’t full, you may have gotten lucky and not lost anything yet. On the other hand, you could have gotten unlucky and lost a bunch. Either way, if the pictures are important enough, you can pay for recovery programs. Once you do get nice photos, check out the wireless HD digital frames at Ceiva, http://snurl.com/98odw
