I've downloaded the pictures twice to our computer. It hasn't offered to delete the downloaded photos. I thought that I'd already deleted the pictures, but for some reason they're still there. I found out when I tried to take pictures and the (Vivitar) camera told me the memory card's full. PLEASE help!!!
I'm looking at DSLR cameras (specifically Cannon, but I've noticed this with almost all brands) and they all use CF cards. All the low-end "consumer" cameras I've gotten use SD (and many others use Memory-stick, MMC, or XD.) Why do all the DSLRs use CF instead of SD?
The shouldn't have any problem with your camera. They are one of the premier CF card makers .. San Disk and Kingston are the other two top shelf memory cards
Some issues with Canon cameras is that only a few of the very top cameras like the 5D, Mark II and 1Ds, Mark III have the necessary firmware to use the speed of UDMA supported cards.
I am looking at the new D90 from nikon is uses the sd/sdhc memory. The d200 uses the cf. why is this? are the cf cards that much better than sd?
Are the two types interchangeable? Will the same PCMCIA adaptor work with both?
I have an Olympus FE-340 digital camera and I can't find my USB cord and I have a bunch of pictures on my camera's actual memory that I took forgetting my card was still in my laptop. But my question is, can I transfer my pictures to my XD card, straight from my camera?
Thanks for any help!
Which models are better for an ultra slim camera?
The model would be a Exilim Card S770 and the Sony a Cyber-shot® DSC-T50 Digital CameraDSC-T50/R.
I did take a bunch of pictures and videos right after I deleted them because I thought they were already uploaded to my computer. I'm also using a MAC so I was looking for a recovery software that would work for macs.
The photos have disappeared, which I don't understand, because deleting them would be a deliberate step requiring confirmation, which I didn't do. Is there a way to recover them? Do I have any options?
