I have three CF memory cards. I can format the cards in my camera no problem, but windows insists they are corrupted when I put them in my card reader slots on my computer. I can't format them, either. They were fine until a few days ago, but suddenly ALL THREE of them are supposedly corrupted. Did Windows do this or what's going on? I find it odd that both my main cards AND my barely used stock card would just go and die all on the same day.

When I try to save on my gamecube memory card it says "Files are corrupted. You need to format your memory card." How can I fix this without deleting any of my data. By the way, I can't even access my files on the menu thing to transfer them.

I have this Nokia 6680 mobile phone. And it has this multimedia card (64MB). When I woke up this morning, my phone just displayed "MEMORY CARD CORRUPTED" in it. And I can't access the data (like msgs,images&videos) saved there. When I go to the main menu->memory card, it shows the same thing. But after about 3seconds,it'll show "FORMAT MEMORY CARD? ALL DATA WILL BE DELETED". I know I can reformat it and make it work again, but I don't wanna lose my saved data there. ANYONE HELP??

Does anyone know a program that will recover files from a corrupted Xd memory card for a camera, as well as a USB stick?
I have found a lot of demos that will do it, however they cost a lot of money to get full usage, and be able to recover.

The corrupted files just stay there and whenever i click on it, the icon just disappears. I tried highlighting it and deleting it that way, but an error messages just pops up and say that it cannot locate the file. The corrupted files take up about half of my memory stick. Any help is appreciated.

I used a San Disk 2.0 Gig card and all of a sudden, the camera could not take shots ( it took only about 20 shots prior to this), and it indicated that the memory card is in "error". I got the same result from my HP Photosmart printer when I tried to print out the pictures. Please help me - those photos are precious to me - you know how it is! Thanks.
