Easiest way is to insert the device, right click on it in your My Computer window, and choose format. THAT WILL ERASE EVERYTHING PERMANENTLY! So use it with caution.

I have heard of this Memor32 thing, but i have no idea how it works, or where to find files to assemble it, or where to buy it, etc. People, please don't just answer no, show me another method of playing backups without having to tamper with the PS2's internals. NOTE: Modchips are legal, they are good for times when the original has been scratched beyond recognition.

I bought an 8GB memory stick on ebay from hong kong. Some of the folders I store on it are empty and after looking around on the net for solutions I came across a comment on the net that it may not actualy be 8GB. How can I tell how much memory it contains if I were to open it up and look at the mechanics of it?
